My Grandma made these for Christmas every year. They are fast and cheap and yummy.
3 (8 oz.)Hersheys chocolate bars (almond or plain or a
combo)
12 oz. cool whip, thawed
Graham crackers, crushed in crumbs
Melt chocolate in the top of a double boiler, or add a
Tablespoon or 2 of Crisco to chocolate and melt in the microwave, stirring every
30 seconds. Gently fold in thawed cool
whip with a spoon until well blended.
Drop a spoonful onto a plate filled with graham cracker crumbs and roll
until coated. Place ball on wax paper to
cool.
