The moment I tasted this frosting I knew I had to have the recipe. She put this frosting on white cupcakes. It was moist and fluffy and fruity and yummy!
This recipe is Jacque's recipe. She got it out of a magazine.
1/2 C. diced strawberried
3 T. sugar
3 oz. softened cream cheese
3/4 C. heavy whipping cream (not whipped cream)
Beat strawberries and sugar in mixer until blended and well mashed. Add cream cheese and mix until smooth. Add Whipping Cream and beat until stiff.
